Log in to Market
Your Anamo account is used to access all Anamo services, inlcuding Market. After you log in, you can use it to manage your orders, post products, customize your webstore, and more.
Log in to your webstore
If you’ve set up your Anamo account and need help logging in to Market, read on.
Log in using a password
- Go to app.4namo.com
- Enter your email address, then press Next
- If your email address is correct, a password field will now appear. Enter your Anamo password, and press Log in
- If prompted, complete the visual challenge, and complete logging in
Log in using a Password Manager
A great way to remember your passwords it to use a password manager app like 1Password or LastPass. We recommend that you use a password manager to log in to Market easily with one click.
- Go to app.4namo.com

After you’ve saved your email and password, Password Manager can fill them for you. Press in the email address or password field, then choose the login you want to fill — If Password Manager suggests more than one item, you can use the arrow keys to select the one you want. Or start typing to find it
- If prompted, complete the visual challenge, and complete logging in
📘 Note: It is a good security practice to always log out of Market when you’re done for the day.
Troubleshoot issues with logging in
If you’re having problems logging in to Market on any of your devices, here are some ways to troubleshoot. Before you begin, check the Anamo Status page to make sure there are no outages or scheduled maintenances currently affecting Market.
You forgot your password
If you can’t remember your Anamo password, we can send a link to your registered email address to reset your old password.
You forgot your email address
If you can’t remember your Anamo email address, we can send a text message to your registered mobile phone to remind you your email.
You get a message that this email is not registered at Anamo
If you see a message telling you we can’t find an account registered with your email address, it usually means there’s a mistake in your email address. It could be a typo or the wrong email address. Check that it’s the same email you used to sign up with Market.
You get a message that you tried to log in too many times
If you or someone else enters your password, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Anamo account automatically locks for four hours to protect your security and you can’t log in to any Anamo services.
If you see this message and you think it was you, make sure that the log in information that you’re using are correct and try again later.
If you think it was done by someone else, please reach out to our support team and include the email address of your Anamo account.
You get a message that your Anamo account is locked or disabled
If you see this message, it means that there is a problem with your Anamo account. Reach out to our support team and include the email address of your Anamo account.
You’re not receiving emails

Check your email address. If you have different addresses for personal and work email, make sure you’re using the right one.

Check your spam folder. If emails from Anamo aren’t getting delivered to your inbox or spam folder, or links in our emails are expiring, add desk@anamo.support and noreply@anamo.email to your contacts.
